By renting services from Countrywide Rental, including portable restroom rentals, dumpster rentals, or temporary fence rentals, customers agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.
Countrywide Rental makes every effort to deliver and collect equipment on the scheduled day during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. However, delivery or pickup times may change due to factors such as weather conditions, traffic delays, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If delays occur, our team will notify you as soon as possible. Customers who require equipment at a very specific time are encouraged to schedule delivery in advance to avoid potential delays.
Pickup services are scheduled by day rather than by exact time. Our drivers operate on planned routes and collect equipment from multiple locations on the scheduled day. If the scheduled pickup date falls on a holiday, the collection may take place on the next available working day.
Customers are responsible for notifying Countrywide Rental when the rented equipment is ready for pickup. Rental time will end once the company receives this notification.

All rental equipment provided by Countrywide Rental remains the property of the company. While the equipment is located at the customer’s site, the customer assumes responsibility for its care and proper use.

Customers are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the equipment during the rental period, except for normal wear and tear or issues caused during company handling.
Customers also agree to indemnify and hold Countrywide Rental harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities related to injuries, property damage, or losses resulting from the use or possession of the rented equipment.
Please note that equipment type, color, brand, and appearance may vary depending on the service location.
Certain materials are not allowed to be disposed of in rented dumpsters. These include but are not limited to:
Customers must ensure that only permitted materials are placed in the dumpster.
Depending on local landfill policies and regional regulations, certain materials such as mattresses, appliances, furniture, or tires may require additional handling or disposal procedures.
Any such charges required by disposal facilities may be applied to the customer once the landfill documentation is received. A copy of the documentation may be provided to the customer for reference.
Customers must ensure that the equipment location is accessible on the scheduled pickup day. Clear and unobstructed access must be provided for service vehicles.
If equipment cannot be accessed due to obstacles such as parked vehicles, locked gates, or blocked pathways, pickup may need to be rescheduled and additional service arrangements may be required.
Ground conditions and underground structures can vary widely from one location to another. Countrywide Rental cannot be held responsible for damage to surfaces such as driveways, lawns, curbs, sidewalks, septic systems, or underground utilities that may occur during delivery or pickup.
Customers are responsible for informing the company about any underground pipes, septic systems, or utility lines that may be affected by equipment placement.
In certain situations, circumstances beyond our control may prevent an order from being processed or delivered as scheduled. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to such conditions, the order may be cancelled and the payment may be refunded.
Neither party will be held liable for delays or cancellations resulting from situations outside reasonable control.
Countrywide Rental shall not be responsible for service interruptions or delays caused by events beyond its control. These may include natural disasters, severe weather, labor disruptions, government regulations, restricted site access, fires, or other unforeseen events.
Such circumstances will not be considered a violation of the service agreement.
Customers agree to pay all applicable service charges related to their rental, including any additional service adjustments, relocation requests, or operational fees that may arise during the rental period.
Orders may be cancelled or modified prior to the scheduled service date. However, cancellations or service changes made close to the delivery date may be subject to administrative or operational charges.
Cancellations made on the scheduled delivery date may not qualify for a refund.
Customers are encouraged to contact our support team as early as possible for any order changes.
Customers wishing to terminate ongoing services should submit a written request specifying the desired termination date. Service will remain active until the termination request is confirmed.
Requests related to refunds, adjustments, or service credits should be submitted within a reasonable time after the completion of service. All refund decisions are subject to review by Countrywide Rental.
Customers who subscribe to our mailing list may receive occasional updates regarding service information, company news, or promotional announcements through email.
